Til Terms of Use

By downloading or using Til (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Til is a countdown app that stores your events locally on your device. It is developed and operated by Team13 (“we”, “us”). Contact: mirzabeksmrm27@gmail.com.

2. Account

Til uses Firebase Authentication for email + password sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Til Pro subscriptions and purchases

Til is free to download with limited features (three countdowns, two themes, small widget). Til Pro unlocks unlimited countdowns, all themes, photo backgrounds, and larger widget sizes.

Prices in other currencies are set by Apple / Google according to their price matrices and may differ.

Subscription auto-renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable.

Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Til Pro forever on the Apple ID or Google account used to purchase it. It is non-refundable except as required by Apple / Google policies.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Your content

All countdowns you create are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not access, view, or store your countdown data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App to violate any law
Attempt to circumvent Pro-tier restrictions without paying

6. Disclaimer

Til is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that countdowns, notifications, or widgets will always fire on time — operating systems throttle background work and notifications can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on Til as the sole reminder for critical events.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be posted at this page with an updated date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Team13 is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
