Ryzup has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number, and we have no server holding your data.
This policy covers the iOS app Ryzup, published by Mirzabek Sadullaev ("we", "us"). If you have questions, write to mirzabeksmrm77@gmail.com.
Your alarms, wake-up history, streak and app settings are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. We cannot see any of it.
Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
If you are signed in to iCloud, this data may also sync to your own private iCloud account so it follows you to a new device. That sync is operated by Apple, stored in your personal iCloud container, and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it and cannot read it. Turning iCloud off in iOS Settings stops the sync; the app keeps working locally.
The fitness missions (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, jumping jacks) use the front camera to count your repetitions.
This runs completely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Specifically:
You can refuse camera access. The mission then lets you count your repetitions by tapping instead, and the alarm can still be turned off.
The Shake and Walk missions read the accelerometer and step counter to confirm you are moving. This happens on the device and is not recorded or transmitted.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand whether the app works in the real world — particularly whether alarms actually ring on time, which is the one thing an alarm app must get right.
What is collected:
This information is not linked to your identity, because we do not know it. Firebase processes it as described in Firebase's privacy documentation.
You can limit this in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and by turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
We use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is currently active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase status — not your name, email or card. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
The app schedules local notifications on your device for alarms and, if you enable it, bedtime reminders. These are created and delivered by iOS on your phone. We do not send push messages and have no ability to.
Ryzup is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Since the app has no account and collects no personal details, it holds nothing that would identify a child.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. In practice we hold no personal data that could identify you: everything identifying stays on your device or in your own iCloud account.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
